I thought the staff was helpful. The lady at reception was very informative. The hotel offers eating areas inside and outside. There are waiters available to find suitable tables and highchairs!
The sunloungers are terribly uncomfortable, and people reserve them early. You will struggle to get a sunbed near the pool unless you follow suit. The lunch food is mediocre. I found the drinks ruined my holiday.

fantastic dj awesome atmosphere great care culinary experiences
the white party was the highlight of the evenings , with a fantastic dj and an awesome atmosphere. staff showed great care and warmth throughout the stay. we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing restaurants , each offering unique culinary experiences. the ability to book speciality restaurants more than once gave us flexibility.
i noticed the wine included with the all-inclusive package tasted slightly like vinegar.

amazing getaway!
efficient check-in named brands lovely shop
The check-in was super quick and efficient. i loved the white party. I only knew about it from the facebook group. the drinks were all named brands which i thought was great. the coffee and cake shop was a lovely plus i really enjoyed it

Solid Experience
warm welcome super clean rooms
The reception staff provided a warm welcome. The rooms remain super clean and the hotel maintains good cleanliness. I appreciated the numerous swimming pools. The kids' area looks excellent, too.
The food was ok, very repetitive and flies sometimes sitting on things. A lot of fish and pork, not much chicken or beef.
